Intended is an iOS habit tracker built around intentions and small actions. Every completed action becomes a square in a grid, coloured by one of six focus areas: Health, Mood, Self-care, Relationships, Creativity, and Home & organization. There are nine intention paths. After a quiet stretch, the first moment back gets a ring. A minute of breath and a page of gratitude are two small practices. A breath minute can be saved to Apple Health as a mindful minute; Intended writes to Health and never reads from it. Core is free and includes your grid, returns, rescue and season word. Intended+ adds a monthly letter of up to four lines ending in a question, a season reading, drift warning and monthly plan. No streaks, no scores. Intended is developed by Maksim Pankov.
