Intended is an iOS habit tracker. You keep intentions and complete small actions under them. Each completion is a moment in a grid that grows by moment, not date. You can see your returns and your monthly season word. No streaks, no scores.
Intended is available for free on the App Store. Just search for "Intended" or visit our App Store page directly from the homepage. It's free to download with all core features included.
Intended is currently available on iOS only.
An intention is a direction, such as being more present. Small actions sit under it; completing one creates a moment in your grid. There are nine intention paths, distinct from six focus areas: Health, Mood, Self-care, Relationships, Creativity, and Home & organization.
No. The grid records actions you complete, not empty dates. After a quiet stretch, a ring surrounds your first moment back. Intended offers a gentle nudge after silence. No streaks, no scores.
A share card is an image of your month that you can choose to share outside the app. Intended does not have an in-app social network.
A minute of breath and a page of gratitude. A breath minute can be saved to Apple Health as a mindful minute. Intended writes to Health and never reads from it.
